Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of mysite-name's water delivery services across England. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any services to ensure a clear understanding of our operations, customer responsibilities, and the delivery process.

1. Service Agreement

By engaging our water delivery services-whether through orders, account creation, or service requests-you agree to these terms. Our water delivery operations comply with relevant UK trading standards and food safety regulations.

We provide bottled water delivery, cooler rental, and related water services through our team across England.


2. Service Scope and Delivery Standards

Our services include scheduled water delivery, cooler rental with maintenance, and bulk water supply. We focus on providing reliable service with quality water products that meet UK drinking water standards.

While we maintain consistent delivery standards, occasional variations may occur due to traffic conditions, weather, or other operational factors. We communicate proactively about any significant delays to your scheduled delivery.


3. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure successful service delivery, customers agree to:

  • Provide clear and safe access for deliveries
  • Notify us of any access changes or delivery restrictions
  • Ensure a safe location for water bottle storage
  • Provide advance notice of holidays or absences
  • Maintain clear access to cooler units for maintenance

Clear communication about access and scheduling helps us maintain reliable delivery service.


4. Delivery Access and Requirements

Customers must provide safe and reasonable access for delivery personnel. This includes clear pathways, adequate lighting, and notification of any hazards. For multi-story buildings without lifts, ground floor delivery may be required.

We reserve the right to suspend delivery if persistent access issues create safety concerns for our delivery team.


5. Ordering and Service Confirmation

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of your instruction via website, phone, or email. Regular delivery schedules are established during account setup and can be adjusted with 3 working days' notice.

Significant changes to delivery requirements after confirmation may affect scheduling and pricing, which will be communicated before implementation.


6. Cooler Rental and Maintenance

Cooler rental includes regular sanitisation and basic maintenance. Customers must provide electrical access and a stable surface for cooler operation. Damage beyond normal wear and tear may incur repair charges.

Cooler maintenance schedules are agreed during setup, with service visits typically every 6 months or as needed.


7. Payment Terms

Payment is required according to your chosen plan—either per delivery or monthly billing. Invoices are issued upon delivery or monthly in advance for regular accounts. Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date.

Late payments may incur interest charges and affect service continuity. We reserve the right to suspend delivery until outstanding payments are received.


8. Delivery Schedules and Timing

Delivery days are scheduled based on your location and our route planning. While we provide estimated delivery windows, exact timing may vary due to traffic, weather, or delivery volumes on your route.

Specific time-slot deliveries may be available in some areas at additional cost, subject to route feasibility.


9. Service Standards and Quality

We deliver water from reputable suppliers with appropriate certifications. Bottles are handled with care and delivered in clean condition. Coolers are maintained to hygiene standards with regular sanitisation.

Service concerns should be reported within 48 hours of delivery. We address legitimate quality issues through replacement or account credit as appropriate.


10. Water Products and Bottle Handling

We supply water in standard 18.9 litre bottles unless otherwise agreed. Empty bottles are collected during subsequent deliveries for recycling. Customers should store bottles in clean, dry areas away from direct sunlight.

We cannot accept returns of opened water bottles for hygiene reasons, but will replace damaged or faulty sealed bottles.


11. Service Changes and Cancellation

Delivery schedules can be adjusted or paused with 3 working days' notice. Account cancellation requires 7 days' notice before the next billing cycle. Cooler rentals require 14 days' notice for collection arrangements.

Temporary service pauses for holidays or absences should be notified at least 5 days before the affected delivery.


12. Delivery Limitations and Weather

In severe weather conditions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, deliveries may be rescheduled for safety reasons. We notify customers of weather-related delays as early as possible and rearrange delivery at the earliest opportunity.

Customers in areas prone to severe weather are advised to maintain a buffer stock during winter months.


13. Liability Limitations

Our liability for services is limited to the value of the delivery or rental fee paid. We cannot accept responsibility for water consumption preferences, minor delivery timing variations, or issues arising from improper bottle storage after delivery.

We maintain appropriate public liability insurance and follow industry best practices in our delivery operations.


14. Terms Modification

We reserve the right to update these terms periodically to reflect changes in our services, UK regulations, or operational requirements. The current terms are always available on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
